Current responsibilities:
Based in Denver, Thomas Jeroszewski (TJ) is Research Director for the Mountain Region, responsible for guiding JLL's research efforts in Denver and Phoenix, where he provides comprehensive market analyses to clients and reports on emerging trends impacting some 900 million square feet of commercial assets. His contributions encompass generating economic updates, market forecasts, demographic studies, and insightful pieces tailored to specific industries and opportunities. His work plays a pivotal role in confirming the soundness of real estate strategies and risk assessment for a diverse range of JLL clients and other public and private entities.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, TJ spent his career at three other global-leading commercial real estate services firms, covering markets that included the New York Tri-State area, Seattle, and Denver.
Education and affiliations:
TJ studied Political Science at Fordham University in New York City.
Outside interests:
During his free time, TJ likes to spend time with family, hiking, cooking, stand-up paddling and traveling.
