Current Responsibilities
TJ Hochanadel is a Managing Director in JLL's New York office. He serves as a strategic transaction advisor and broker specialist for various corporate occupiers in New York City and throughout the world. He focuses on complex acquisition and disposition assignments on both office and industrial transactions. In addition, TJ leads the day-to-day transaction team for several JLL Private Equity Portfolio Company partnerships, in which JLL represents PE owned companies with their various commercial real estate needs throughout the world.
TJ leads a comprehensive real estate process for each of his clients, which includes customized transaction strategic planning, market expertise and coordination, and financial analysis for various scenarios.
Experience
TJ's real estate career spans over 12 years, during which time he has completed approximately 7 million s.f. of transactions and projects throughout the world.
Education and Affiliations
TJ earned a bachelor of science in communications and marketing from Cornell University. He played on the Varsity Football Team for four years as a Free Safety. He is currently a member of the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council, The Real Estate Board of New York, the Cornell University Alumni Association and the Cornell Football Association.
