Timidi understands that successful brokerage comprises strong organization skills, putting herself in her client’s shoes, and treating their investment property as if it were her own. She strives to help her clients competently achieve their goals with ease and peace of mind by exuding integrity, professionalism and earning their trust.
Timidi brings over 7 years of experience in real estate, primarily residential leasing and sales in New York City, as well as Property Management of high-rise, luxury multi-family assets. Notably, as Property Manager within the residential arm of NYSE listed Mack-Cali Realty Corp. real estate investment trust, owner and operator of a real estate portfolio composed of Class A office and office flex properties. Most recently as a property manager with global real estate development and management company Greystar, she led her team to stabilize occupancy of 93% resulting in a record-setting sale of the asset.
Timidi holds a Bachelor’s in Media and Communications from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury, NY. With a strong desire for giving back, she volunteers in development projects that uplift under-served communities. Timidi is the Finance Lead of Empower Black Professionals Houston Chapter with JLL. She also serves as a member of the Women’s Business Network with JLL & Dress for Success, Houston Chapter.
