Timidi is a seasoned real estate professional with over eight years of experience, specializing in residential leasing and sales in New York City and the management of high-rise, luxury multi-family properties. Her career includes a notable tenure as a Property Manager with Mack-Cali Realty Corp., an NYSE-listed real estate investment trust. More recently, as a Community Manager at Greystar, a global real estate development and management firm, she successfully led her team to stabilize occupancy at 93%, culminating in a record-breaking sale of the asset.
Timidi's approach to brokerage is defined by her strong organizational skills, a deep commitment to client care, putting herself in her client’s shoes, and treating their investment property as if it were her own. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals with ease and peace of mind, underpinned by her integrity, professionalism, and ability to build trust.
Academically, Timidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communications from the State University of New York Old Westbury and is currently pursuing an MBA from Rice University Jones School of Business.
Beyond her professional achievements, Timidi is passionate about giving back to the community. She is actively involved in development projects that uplift underserved communities and serves as the Finance Chair of Empower Black Professionals Houston with JLL. Additionally, she is the President of the Rice Business Real Estate Association and volunteers with Dress for Success, Houston Chapter.
