As a Managing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle, Tim Mustin specializes in the selling and leasing of industrial properties in the Central Valley and Northern California regions. His expertise stems from numerous assignments marketing industrial buildings, land and multi-tenant business parks. Additionally, Tim advises institutional and local developers/investors on investment property acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities. He has worked exclusively with many regional and national companies. Tim works closely with JLL’s Northern California Industrial Team to further the JLL brand in this critical industrial hub.
