Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tim Murray specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation. He is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each client’s needs.
Tim’s extensive experience with retailers, developers, brokers, and property owners has produced strong relationships on national, regional, and local levels. Tim also provides pronounced understanding of retail industry trends & market knowledge providing his clients with experience and services that produce results to meet and exceed client expectations.
Experience
Tim has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining JLL, Tim worked as a Senior Leasing Representative for the Lifestyle / Community Center division of the Simon Property Group/Washington Prime where he achieved success with the redevelopment and lease up of Keystone Shoppes, Indianapolis, IN; University Center, Mishawaka, IN; Mall of Georgia, Atlanta, GA; West Ridge Plaza, Topeka, KS; and St. John’s Town Center, Jacksonville, FL. Tim’s experience also includes senior advisory positions at Colliers International and CB Richard Ellis.
Prior to joining the industry Tim worked as a national account representative in men’s tailored clothing.
