Current Responsibilities
WIth over 20 years of experience, Tim McCarthy currently leads the Atlanta Region as its Market Director. In this role, he provides overall regional leadership focused on supporting existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities and enterprise management across all service lines.
Experience and Accomplishments
Most recently, Tim served as Atlanta Brokerage Lead since early 2020, navigating the Atlanta Brokerage business through the global pandemic. He offers clients his expertise as a real estate broker, corporate real estate manager and an outsourcing service provider. He provides strategic and tactical consultative services and acts as the primary conduit of information and planning between senior management and the business unit.
His clients are numerous Fortune 100 and 500 organizations in Georgia and across the Southeast, including Aflac, Aveanna, Crawford & Company, EY, Infor, Intreface, Invesco, Tempur Sealy and Warner Media.
Prior to joining JLL, Tim served as Vice President of The Staubach Company. Earlier, he was Vice President of Real Estate & Facilities at Equifax Inc. and was the Senior Asset Manager for the Southeast region at AT&T.
Education and Affiliations
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where he's been recognized with the Phoenix Award and Top Producer - Office Award. Tim is a native Atlantan and a father of four terrific kids.
