Experience
Tim has been a full-time Seattle office broker for 7 years, with a managing broker’s license. As a real estate attorney for 10 years, Tim represented clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leases, and real estate financing. Tim has also taught the land use and development class at North Seattle College for 10 years.
