Current Responsibilities:

Tim Gregory is a Senior Vice President within JLL Houston’s leading Healthcare and Life Sciences practice group. With more than 27 years of experience as a former healthcare provider, healthcare business owner and commercial real estate broker, Tim is responsible for expanding JLL’s Houston Healthcare and Life Sciences services (agency leasing , tenant representation, investment sales, development and consulting ). Specific asset types include: class A medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, imaging centers, emergency centers, urgent care centers, dental clinics, and research/development laboratories.


Tim represents both large public and not-for-profit institutional systems, small- to medium-size private companies, and small private practice providers throughout Texas and the Houston metro area. Tim is a Senior Vice President and is consistently recognized as a top producer and deliverer of real estate services throughout his career.
