Current Responsibilities

Tim Gregory is a Senior Vice President within JLL Houston’s growing Healthcare practice group. With more than 26 years of experience as a former healthcare provider, healthcare business owner and commercial real estate broker, Tim is responsible for expanding JLL’s Houston Healthcare Advisory services (agency leasing , tenant representation, investment sales and consulting services) to healthcare professionals and their specific healthcare delivery models including: medical office buildings, hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, emergency centers, urgent care centers, dental clinics, imaging centers and other healthcare assets. 

Experience

Tim has represented both large public and not-for-profit institutional systems, small- to medium-size private companies, and small private practice providers throughout the country and the Houston metro area. Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Tim was a Senior Vice President and recognized as a top producer within Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services from 2004 to May 2018.
