Current Responsibilities:
Tim Gregory is an Executive Vice President within JLL Houston’s leading Healthcare and Life Sciences practice group. With more than 27 years of experience as a former healthcare provider, healthcare business owner and commercial real estate broker, Tim is responsible for expanding JLL’s Houston Healthcare and Life Sciences services (tenant representation, agency leasing, investment sales, development support and consulting ). Specific asset types include: class A medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, imaging centers, emergency centers, urgent care centers, dental clinics, and research/development laboratories.
Experience:
Tim represents both large public and not-for-profit institutional systems, small- to medium-size private companies, and small private practice providers throughout the country, Texas and the Houston metro area.
Education:
Tim received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin. He has a Master of Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
