His 44 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience throughout Californiaprovides Tim with a comprehensive skill set including design consulting, marketing, and leasing of office projects, tenant consulting and representation services, as well as office property sales
Experience
Tim began his brokerage career in Orange County in 1978. In 1981 he joined CBRE and was a market leader in Ventura County for 16 years before relocating to the Bay Area with CBRE for another 16 years. Before joining JLL in 2017, Tim helped lead Avison Young’s office tenant representation services in Silicon Valley for 4 years. Over his 25 years in the Bay Area, Tim has been a leading broker completing $2B in transactions, including 800+ leases for over 6M square feet, plus a dozen major institutional investment sales.
