Tim serves as a Senior Transaction Manager and Transaction Lead on the Morgan Stanley (MS) Account, advising their Corporate Services Real Estate Management Team on transactions within their Americas real estate portfolios. Since joining the account in 2016, he has leveraged nearly 13 years of commercial real estate transaction management experience in executing over 2MM+ SF of transactions in their portfolio—comprising approximately 16MM+ SF of leased and owned office space throughout the Americas.
Tim’s ongoing primary responsibilities include daily identification of cost savings strategies and opportunities for mitigating risk; management and implementation of technology solutions to streamline workflow processes; oversight and coordination of field brokerage services; production of financial models, reports and deal approval documentation for the client; and supervision and development of junior team members in deal execution, production of client approval documents and management of stakeholder relationships.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Tim worked at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) as a Transaction Manager within the Vice Chairman/U.S. Head of Hospitality, Consumer and Retail Innovation Group’s brokerage team. During his four years with this team, he led pitch development and execution, and he directed the work of NGKF’s Research, Presentations, Marketing, Financial and Legal teams in processing over 1MM square feet of new office and retail leasing deals for notable clients including Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Southwestern Energy Company (SWN) Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Building and Land Technology (BLT) and The LAM Group.
Prior to joining NGKF, Tim worked for four years as a U.S. Execution Officer on Global Markets Trading Desks at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank AG, London. While there, he leveraged his experience and education to successfully close trades of various financial products from across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
