Current responsibilities

Thomas C. Kirschbraun co-leads JLL's Land and Development practice in the Americas.  This group specializes in properties typically targeted by developers and opportunity funds.  These include open land parcels, distressed properties, surplus corporate assets and redevelopment sites.  His team is recognized within the industry as a leader in facilitating the redevelopment of infill real estate.

Experience

Mr. Kirschbraun's clients have included Tribune Media, NBC Universal, Toyota Motor Company, Empire State Development Corporation, Bank of America, 3M, BMO Harris Bank, General Motors, Royal Dutch Shell, GE Capital and the City of Chicago.  Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Kirschbraun worked for several real estate organizations, including Real Estate Research Corporation, Cushman & Wakefield, Rubloff and Stein & Company. 

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Kirschbraun holds an MA in urban planning from Princeton University and a BA in economics from the University of Wisconsin.  Mr. Kirschbraun is a member of the Metropolitan Planning Council and the Urban Land Institute. ​
