Current Responsibilities

TJ Jaroszewski is the JLL Rocky Mountain Region Director of Research. He steers JLL's research platform by delivering high-level market analysis to clients. With 15 years of research-related experience, he oversees the regional platform and is responsible for reporting on emerging market trends affecting nearly 600 million square feet of office and industrial property. In this role, TJ's focus is directed toward expanding Research capabilities, generating customized analyses and publishing studies to validate real estate strategies and risks. He ensures research alignment with JLL business objectives through the generation of economic updates, market forecasts, demographic studies and think pieces that target specific industries and opportunities.

Experience

TJ's background includes coverage of multiple product types and spans several markets. Prior to joining JLL, he was Divisional Research Director for the Colorado region with CBRE, where he authored the regional market outlook study that reflected commercial trends throughout the Denver Metro, highlighting economic indicators, landlord and tenant behavior, vacancy and rental projections. Before relocating to Colorado, he was Research Manager in the Grubb & Ellis Seattle office, writing its quarterly market reports and managing the 254 million-square-foot Puget Sound property database. Prior, he acted as a Research Editor with The Real Deal — a print magazine focused on New York City real estate. TJ began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield's global headquarters in Manhattan. As Senior Research Associate, he led a team of specialists in collecting varied economic and real estate metrics while executing analyses of market conditions and forecasts for the Tri-State region. In 2006, he traveled to New Delhi, India, to teach and train 50 team members of Cushman's internal data collection operation.

Education and Affiliations

TJ studied political science at Fordham University and was a Dean's Scholar.
