Current Responsibilities:
Based in Washington, DC, Mr. Jackman is a Managing Director on the JLL Retail Team. His main role is to co lead the Retail Agency practice in the Mid- Atlantic region. In addition, he is responsible for helping retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. Mr. Jackman’s vast experience in leasing and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer relationships at the national, regional and local level. Mr. Jackman brings more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with expertise in leasing, development, research and tenant representation.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Thomas worked as a Vice President with Lincoln Property Company Responsible for the leasing and development of over 1 Million square feet of urban, mixed use, grocery anchored and ground up developments throughout the Mid- Atlantic Region. Also, responsible for effectively creating purchase and leasing opportunities for national, regional and local tenants throughout the entire lifecycle for tenant expansion. Before Lincoln, he was part of CBRE retail services team.

Education and Affiliations:
Thomas received a bachelor of science in finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He is active in several professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Next Generation. Thomas holds a real estate license in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland.
