Current responsibilities:
Mr. Bogdon serves as Executive Vice President for JLL Valuation Advisory, where his valuation expertise supports infrastructure projects, litigation and eminent domain.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Bogdon served as Executive Managing Director for the Southcentral region of the U.S. as well as overseeing the Right of Way and Eminent Domain service line for Colliers Valuation nationwide. Mr. Bogdon has been engaged in real estate valuation and consultation since 1983 providing a wide variety of appraisal and consulting services. These valuations and consulting assignments have pertained to a variety of purposes; i.e., sale, loan, arbitration, eminent domain, litigation, tax, dissolution, leased fee and leasehold interest, easements, and current value portfolio appraisals and reviews. Valuation clients served include developers and investors, fund advisors, attorneys, lenders, public agencies, institutional advisors, condemning authorities. Mr. Bogdon has also provided expert witness testimony before Superior Courts of Dallas and Tarrant County as well as Federal Bankruptcy Court throughout the U.S. and numerous local courts for eminent domain hearings and trials.
