Current responsibilities:
Teva is a dynamic, young leader and integral part of the SF Landlord Representation team. As a Leasing Associate, Teva’s responsibilities include marketing strategy, identifying prospective tenants, and negotiating rental terms on behalf of her clients. She maintains client relationships, conducts market analysis, and actively manages her property portfolio for maximum occupancy. Teva plays a crucial role in supporting clients and driving JLL’s success in the San Francisco market.
Experience:
Teva has been with JLL since 2021 and a licensed broker since 2022. As young leader in the industry, Teva combines market and marketing intelligence with a thoughtful understanding of her clients’ goals to consistently achieve outstanding success in leasing properties.
Education and affiliations:
Teva is a Bay Area native born and raised in Alamo, CA and currently resides in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico where she is an alumna of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Teva is an active member of the Belden Club and regular volunteer with Girls on the Run.
