Terry specializes in developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for clients that complement their business priorities. Through his expertise, Terry helps corporations and associations to minimize occupancy costs, maximize flexibility and minimize risks related to budget, schedule and liability.
Experience
Completing more than 800 transactions valued at over $1.6 billion in his 30-year real estate career, Terry has skillfully managed complex real estate requirements for clients to help accomplish short- and long-term corporate objectives.
Prior to serving as a real estate advisor, Terry served as a manager of real estate for Northwest Airlines and as a project manager for Ellerbe Becket Architects and Engineers.

Terry has been recognized by his peers, receiving the first ever Chicago Office Leasing Broker Association Award for "Most Effective Tenant Representative." He has subsequently been honored as Chicago "Broker of the Year" in 2003 by the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and subsequently nominated for the same award three additional times.
Education
Terry earned his MBA in Finance and his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Terry is a member of the Economics Club of Chicago and the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA).
