Ted is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is a member of the firm’s M&A and Corporate Advisory Group. He is also leader of the Healthcare Capital Markets Group, which encompasses seniors housing, medical office and life science properties. Ted has transactional experience
encompassing over $25 billion of public and privately-held real estate 2003 to date.
Ted started at HFF in March 2017 upon HFF’s acquisition of Hentschel & Company. Prior to joining Hentschel & Company, he was a director in the Real Estate Group of Lazard Frères where, during his eight years at the firm, he completed a range of M&A and restructuring advisory assignments. Ted started his investment banking career at Citigroup in the FIG / Specialty Finance Group. Prior to investment banking, Ted worked as a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP, where he specialized in real estate and M&A.
