Ted is a Senior Managing Director in New York and a member of the firm’s M&A and Corporate Advisory Group. Ted has transactional experience encompassing over $30 billion of public and privately-held real estate 2003 to date.Ted started at HFF in March 2017 upon HFF’s acquisition of Hentschel & Company.
Prior to joining Hentschel & Company, he was a director in the Real Estate Investment Banking group of Lazard Frères where, during his eight years at the firm, he completed a range of M&A and restructuring advisory assignments. Ted started his investment banking career at Citigroup Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions / Specialty Finance group. Prior to investment banking, Ted worked as a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, where he specialized in real estate and M&A.
