Career summary

​Taylor serves the JLL Fort Worth office specializing in the placement of debt and equity on behalf of his clients across the country.  


Prior to joining JLL, Taylor was a Vice President with Goldman, Sachs & Co.  Taylor focused on fixed and floating rate real estate debt originations, specializing in loans slated for securitization as commercial mortgage back securities (CMBS).     In Taylor’s last several years at Goldman, his team originated over $400 million per year.  Taylor has a diverse origination background having financed most every commercial real estate product type including office, retail, industrial, multifamily (limited/select/full service), hotel, and self-storage.  Having begun his career at Goldman in 2006, Taylor’s also spent time working on a high yield real estate bridge lending team as well as in the firm’s asset management group.     Education and Affiliations ​ Taylor graduated from Texas A&M University with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2004. Taylor received his Master in Real Estate (formerly known as the LERE program) from Texas A&M as well.    Taylor is active in the Fort Worth community spending time volunteering at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.  Taylor is married and has two young boys.
