Current Responsibilities
Taylar Ling is part of the retail team in Florida with JLL, she brings a blend of marketing expertise and passion for retail to the group. While just starting her professional career, she dove into the industry with both internships and attending industry educational and networking events prior to graduation. Her strong work ethic and foundation in retail analysis and customer behavior have already made her a great resource to her clients and teammates. She works alongside Billy Rodriguez, Colette Santana and Brandon McCalla in the Orlando office.
Education and Affiliations
During her time at Florida Gulf Coast University, Taylar actively participated in the American Marketing Association, honing her strategic thinking and effective communication. Here, she developed a deep understanding of customer behavior, which she seamlessly applies to CRE.
Driven by her goal to build lasting relationships and achieve personal and professional growth, Taylar thrives in problem-solving environments and remains up to date with market trends through continuous industry event attendance, including ICSC Las Vegas, ICSC Orlando and Retail Live!, as well as belonging to ICSC as a student prior to joining JLL.

Taylar's CRE journey began with a summer internship at Tavistock Development Company, where she gained exposure to various aspects of CRE, fueling her passion for the dynamic industry.

Equipped with a comprehensive background, understanding of customer behavior, and proficiency in strategy, she navigates the intricate landscape of CRE with dedication and unwavering commitment to serving retail clients on behalf of the firm.
