Director, Capital Markets
Tatiana Hodapp is a Vice President in the Development & Asset Strategy Group at JLL in San Francisco, where she is responsible for performing financial and development analysis, valuing land and underutilized assets, advising corporate and other private sector clients, and conducting market research. Recent clients include a real estate investment company, a major international energy firm, a life insurance company, a sovereign wealth fund, Asian insurance companies, and national developers; for these clients she managed market research, entitlements review and financial model creation. Recent projects include valuations of mixed-use developments in San Francisco and dispositions of a mixed-use community in North Carolina and a former corporate campus outside of New York City.
Prior to joining JLL, Tatiana interned with Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional, a major Indonesian developer in JSI’s project development group. Tatiana also interned with the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, where she focused on large-scale urban redevelopment/ re-use projects. Tatiana previously worked for HR&A Advisors, a real estate economics consultancy in New York City. Tatiana is a LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Building Certification Institute and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Education and affiliations
Tatiana earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in finance, economics, accounting, and entrepreneurship. She earned a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tatiana speaks Mandarin and French.
