Current responsibilities
Tasha serves as an Executive Managing Director and Institutional Sector Lead for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in the United States. In this role, she is responsible for driving growth, enhancing the customer experience and providing value to clients. Ms. Gould is also responsible for culture and thought leadership across the national team, while acting as liaison for the technology associated with the institutional and portfolio valuation platform.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Gould served as Director of Valuations at Invesco Real Estate, where she led a team responsible for financial analysis and valuation review for a diverse mix of investment clients. Investment types included office and life science, retail, industrial and truck terminals, multifamily and senior housing, self storage, SFR and medical office.
Her specialized sector experience started at Principal Real Estate Investors in 2014. Clients served included a daily priced, open-end commingled core fund, monthly priced open-end fund with a core plus strategy, strategic opportunistic funds and numerous separate accounts.
Her background includes valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, tax protest, portfolio valuations, investment advisory, eminent domain, and market rent studies. Ms. Gould has experience appraising a variety of property types including complex redevelopment, retail, life-science, medical office, self-storage, industrial, office, affordable housing, hotels and manufactured housing communities. She has extensive experience managing valuations of portfolios of triple NNN retailers, industrial and office assets.
