Thomas is a part of JLL's Bay Area Industrial Division, specializing in tenant and landlord representation throughout the East Bay region. With expertise in landlord and tenant representation for local and institutional principals, he caters to a diverse range of clients. Thomas focuses on national site selection for corporate occupiers, using his expertise to assist companies in acquiring optimal locations for their operations. His client portfolio includes start-ups and Fortune 100 companies across industries such as battery, electric vehicles, advanced manufacturing, and carbon capture. Thomas is known for his data-driven approach, prioritizing a thorough understanding of his clients' business objectives and considering labor, logistics, incentives, and infrastructure aspects in each project.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Thomas excelled as an Industrial broker in San Francisco's eastern neighborhoods, representing over 2 million square feet of industrial assets. He brings hands-on experience and invaluable insights into the industrial real estate market.
Education and Affiliations:
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to his professional achievements, Thomas is committed to serving the community. He is an active member and contributor to Side-by-Side, a well-respected non-profit organization supporting at-risk young people and their families.
