Current responsibilities
Sydney works in the Phoenix office of JLL, specializing in both corporate and governmental users of real estate with a specialization in office and medical leasing. Her daily responsibilities include strategic planning, market research, touring prospective sites, transaction management, financial analysis, and lease review on behalf of her clients.
Sydney also assists her clients by maximizing savings through economic incentives, competitive negotiations, and by exploring possible opportunities through portfolio reviews.
Experience
Sydney has been involved in Commercial Real Estate since 2020 where she started her career in Columbus, Ohio. Since moving to Phoenix and joining JLL, she has expanded her client relations experience and market knowledge to provide proficient representation while focusing on the value-add service that has a major role within JLL.
