Description
Steven is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry. Steven is responsible for multi-housing investment advisory and sales for the non-major markets of Texas and the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana. Throughout his career, Steven has been involved in more than $5 billion in sales volume. Steven joined HFF in 2016. Prior to that, he was an investment sales Director for Newmark.
