Current Responsibilities
Steven has over fifteen years of brokerage experience in North County San Diego. He represents institutional investors, local property owners and occupiers of industrial, R&D/Flex and office properties. As a market expert, Steven helps clients identify opportunities with his detailed knowledge of active players and trends.
He has established a reputation for a collaborative and proactive approach to creatively structure transactions. He is experienced in the full real estate cycle from acquisition, reposition, lease-up and disposition and has successfully completed of over 500 transactions in North County San Diego throughout his career.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Steven worked at Cushman & Wakefield as Director from the years 2005-2019.
