Steve Spartin is a Managing Director for JLL, based in Washington, DC. Steve's entire focus is on tenant representation with a specialization on strategic planning, transaction structuring, financial analysis and portfolio management. His responsibilities include strategy implementation, lease review/negotiations and analysis of the financial implications of transactions.

With his real estate background and in-depth knowledge of international markets, Steve is able to apply strong analytical and negotiating skills to the representation of his clients' interests. He represents corporations, law firms and associations on a local, national and international basis. He has worked on and led some of the firms' most complicated accounts for clients, including Volkswagen Group of America, Wells Fargo and The Carlyle Group.

Steve earned his B.A. from Elon University where he lettered on the football team and was the head coach of the lacrosse team.
Steve was born and raised in Washington, DC and is an active member of the community and charities. He is a licensed commercial real estate practitioner in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.
