Current responsibilities
Steve is Vice President of JLL’s Valuation Advisory platform in St. Louis. His primary responsibilities involve providing valuation and other advisory services for various types of commercial real estate, including multi-family, office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, senior housing, and hotels.
Experience
Steve has been providing commercial real estate valuations and other advisory services since 2006. After receiving an M.A. in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University, he spent 16 years with Development Strategies, a St. Louis-based consultant that specializes in real estate, economic, and community development. Steve completed thousands of market study and appraisal reports for a wide range of property types, including apartments (affordable, market rate, senior), shopping centers, hotels, industrial properties, mixed-use developments, offices, development sites, and single-family homes.
Steve’s other consulting services included acting as project manager and senior real estate strategist for numerous large-scale redevelopments and planning efforts, highest and best use analyses for various underutilized properties, development incentive analysis and public revenue projections, community housing studies, and development feasibility analysis.
