Current Responsibilities
Steve Leslie is a Vice President with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group and is responsible for the comprehensive underwriting, marketing, structuring and closing of upscale and middle market select service transactions. Mr. Leslie was promoted within JLL in 2015 and is focused on building JLL’s select service investment sales platform across the southeast.
Experience
Mr. Leslie has represented a broad range of clientele including Noble Investment Group, Goldman Sachs, Extended Stay America, Colony Capital, Westmont Hospitality, Blackstone and numerous other private clients in the disposition of over 150 hotels.
Representative recent transactions Mr. Leslie has played a direct role in include the $300-million sale of the Longhouse Portfolio, the $285-million sale of ESA's Crossland portfolio, $35-million sale of the aloft Nashville West End, the $37-million sale of the aloft Charlotte Epicentre; the $76-million sale of the TownePlace Suites Denver Portfolio; the $70-million sale of the RLJ Portfolio; the $7-million sale of the Hampton Inn Houma; the $24-million sale of the Baymont Inn Portfolio and the $7-million sale of the Brookshire Suites located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Leslie graduated from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. In late 2010, Mr. Leslie received his Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University with a major in finance.
