For 9 years Steve Larsen has been developing property marketing strategies and preparing in-depth analysis to maximize value and achieve the highest and best use for each real estate project. Steve identifies prospective tenants, buyers and opportunities that are in line with each client’s objectives.
Steve’s expertise is in industrial building and land sales, leasing, and build-to-suits throughout the Greater Phoenix area, with an emphasis in the Southeast Valley. Since Joining JLL in the summer of 2012, Steve has completed over 6.7 million square feet of industrial deals valued at over $120 million dollars.
Steve’s specialty in the Southeast Valley industrial market allows him to leverage his knowledge of current and future market trends to ensure that his clients are able to make smart, profitable and informed real estate decisions. He ensures transactions are aligned with his clients’ business objectives to meet or exceed their financial goals. Whether working with developers, landlords or tenants, Steve understands the business challenges of each client and develops tactical recommendations and real estate solutions focused on accelerating the client’s success.
