Steve is an industrial real estate broker who has sold and leased factories, warehouses and land in Kentucky and Southern Indiana since 1987. Steve is the only Kentucky real estate broker with the SIOR, CCIM and GRI designations. During his career, Steve has been the recipient of numerous professional awards.
Steve worked with Harry K. Moore Co. from 1987 to 2003. From 2003 to 2016, he was a co-owner, co-managing member and principal broker of Harry K. Moore, Co. until its acquisition by JLL in May 2016.
Steve is a University of Kentucky and a University of Louisville School of Law graduate. In the evenings and on weekends, Steve manages his 12 limited liability companies that own industrial, retail and agricultural properties in four Kentucky counties.
