Vice President, Suburban Tri-State Office Research
Stephen Jenco joined JLL as vice president, director of suburban tri-state research in June 2012. He has geographic responsibility for the New Jersey, Fairfield County, CT, Westchester County, NY and Long Island markets, working closely with clients and JLL professionals ensuring the delivery of best in class research information.
Mr. Jenco is responsible for leveraging the research group’s market knowledge and expertise through business development efforts, enhanced research product offerings and collateral, demonstrating JLL’s knowledge of market and economic activity, conditions, trends, and forecasts. His focus includes maintaining research database integrity, performing market analyses and publishing commercial real estate market reports.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Jenco worked Grubb & Ellis for 15 years, beginning as a research analyst and advancing to senior research analyst, then research services manager and progressing to vice president/director of research and marketing. At Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Jenco was responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the research/client services group for the firm’s New Jersey offices and maintained compliance standards with all corporate research initiatives.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Jenco earned his bachelor of arts degree in international relations from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and minored in economics, geography, political science and history.
He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey.
