Stephen Jenco is Vice President/Director of JLL’s New Jersey office market research platform. Steve is responsible for leveraging the research group’s market knowledge and expertise to support the firm’s brokers and their clients in making informed real estate decisions. His focus includes maintaining research database integrity, performing market analyses and publishing commercial real estate reports and market studies.
Steve joined JLL in June 2012 as vice president/director of suburban tri-state research, which involved geographic responsibility for the firm’s New Jersey, Fairfield County, CT, Westchester County, NY and Long Island markets.
