Current Responsibilities
Stephen E. Gaunt, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President for JLL’s South Florida Office. Steve’s current role involves the acquisition and disposition (sale or lease) of those real estate assets for his corporate and private investor clients, both domestic and foreign.
Experience
Steve’s, 40 plus years of experience successfully representing his clientele and his leadership roles with local, state and national commercial real estate organizations; has established him as a highly qualified real estate executive and industry leader. Steve’s, broad-based and diverse background in researching, evaluating, marketing and structuring commercial real estate transactions; serves as the foundation for a comprehensive understanding and appreciation for the intricacies of the real estate transaction process. This body of knowledge enables Steve to assist his clients by preparing them to anticipate, recognize and address both the pitfalls and benefits of their specific real estate requirement and to successfully navigate a course to meet their objectives.
