Steve is a Tenant Representation specialist with over 35 years of experience, representing significant Tenants in their acquisition and disposition activities throughout the US and globally. His specialties include Corporate and Regional Headquarters, large back office requirements, governmental user representation, Build-to-Suits, Portfolio, and Lease Administration functions.
Steve has led project teams in representing many of the largest transactions in the marketplace including; 350,000 square feet of headquarters space for Dial Corporation, 600,000+ square feet of national and international transactions for American Airlines, 500,000 square feet for Lockheed Martin, 165,000 square feet for Progressive Insurance and 100,000 square feet for Choice Hotels International. In addition, his leadership skills and unparalleled knowledge of the office, industrial and medical industries continue to exceed client’s expectations, including but not limited to American Airlines, Banner Health, Bryan Cave, Choice Hotels, City of Phoenix, Osborn Maledon and the State of Arizona.
Steve received a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. His civic activities include fundraising for the Boys and Girls Clubs where he is a past corporate board member.
