During his career, Steve has built a diverse client base, as well as industry-specific expertise with law firms. To holistically understand his clients’ needs and objectives, Steve centers his approach from their perspective. He relentlessly champions on their behalf to ensure they have the right space and terms to succeed. His imitable market knowledge, finance, negotiation, analytical skills and understanding of the development processes enable him to serve clients in straight lease, lease-equity and ownership transactions.

Steve is one of the foremost real estate authorities of downtown Houston, where he has focused his efforts since 1990. As the only submarket where one can walk, Steve pounds the pavement twice daily. His on-the-ground approach, coupled with his different interest of all things downtown, allow him to stay abreast of every development. His encyclopedic knowledge empowers him to achieve the best possible solutions for his clients. Tasked to open The Staubach Company’s Houston office, now JLL, Steve is integral to JLL Houston’s success and is consistently recognized by his peers for his leadership and production.
