Current responsibilities
As Regional Operations Manager for Property Management in Denver, Colorado, Staci is responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality property operations and management. Staci oversees all aspects of property operations to include daily operations, construction management, crisis management, and financial reporting. Staci has over 16 years of property management experience in the Denver Metro area.
Experience
Staci has been with JLL’s Property Management division since 2011 when JLL was awarded the management of Callahan Capital Partner’s Denver portfolio totaling over 2.8M RSF. Staci spent 10 years with Callahan’s Denver portfolio and was involved in the management of US Bank Tower, Civic Center Plaza, and Dominion Towers. Following this, Staci oversaw Blackstone’s Denver assets and continues to be involved with the daily operations. Prior to joining the Callahan portfolio in 2007, Staci worked with the management teams of Independence Plaza and Greenwood Corporate Plaza. Staci also served in the United States Navy for four years, stationed aboard the USS Mt. Whitney in Norfolk, VA.
Education and affiliations
Staci has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from the University of Texas at Arlington. Staci is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed real estate professional in Colorado. Staci has been awarded JLL’s Rocky Mountain Region Office Business Development Manager of the Year (2016), Office Manager of the Year (2017, 2020), and Property Team of the Year (2018).
