Current Responsibilities
Michelle serves as the Property Manager in the Kentucky market covering greater Louisville. Michelle is responsible for establishing and maintaining high quality working relationships with the tenants and vendors while working closely with the asset managers. She develops and implements business plans for each assigned property that are consistent with owner’s needs and objectives. Michelle is experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, and CAM reconciliations prepared through various systems such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, AssetEye and Avid. Her day-to-day duties include tenant and vendor relations, lease administration, and capital project oversight while ensuring assigned properties are managed consistent with JLL’s Core Practices and Standards of Excellence.
Experience
Michelle has over 30 years of comprehensive property management experience encompassing industrial, retail, office, multi-family, and association portfolios. Prior to joining JLL, she served as Senior Property Manager and Corporate Broker for a privately owned, retail property management company based in Phoenix, AZ. Michelle worked closely with senior management to oversee 1 million+ square feet of mixed-use retail and office properties located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In that role, Michelle was responsible for client and customer service, budgeting, financial reporting, facilities oversight, lease administration, capital/tenant improvements and tenant retention.
Education and Affiliations
Michelle holds CPM© and ARM© designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a member of IREM and past president of Las Vegas IREM Chapter 99. She sits on the board for 3 Patriots, a military charity benefiting service members and their families. Michelle holds a Kentucky Real Estate Salesperson license and a Nevada Broker license. Michelle is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
