Current responsibilities
Sloane Baxter serves as the Senior Director of Healthcare and Life Sciences for the Value and Risk Advisory business. In this role, she focuses on providing valuation for properties in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, imaging centers, behavioral hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, labs, GMP/cGMP facilities, and others.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Sloane was with Newmark in Dallas, TX, where she served as Vice President for their valuation and advisory group. Sloane has participated in valuation assignments including appraisals of office, industrial, healthcare, retail, net-leased investments, land, and mixed-use properties.

- Texas Christian University, Bachelor’s Degree – Finance with Real Estate Concentration
