Current Responsibilities
Sky Groden is responsible for representing tenants/occupiers in optimizing their corporate strategy by aligning financial, operational and business objectives with real estate. His expertise and experience includes site selection, build to suit developments, sale/leasebacks, acquisitions, relocations, consolidations, renewals, and land acquisitions/dispositions on behalf of local, national and global companies.
Experience
A South Florida native, Sky started his career in real estate in 1995, and joined JLL in January 2015 after the sale of Cresa South Florida, where he led the Industrial Services team representing corporate clients with their real estate strategy in all facets of transactions to leverage optimal results. Previously, Sky was a consistent top producer for Cushman & Wakefield, receiving numerous credentials and accolades. In 2004, Groden received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of
knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.
