Current Responsibilities
Simon Landmann is an Executive Vice President in JLL’s Midtown Manhattan office. Simon is a highly accomplished transaction management specialist who is skilled in tenant representation, sublease agency leasing, strategic planning and portfolio management. Simon provides proven cost savings that fulfill his client’s business objectives which creates long-term value and success. Beyond Simon’s focus on the Tri-state Region, he represents his clients on all facets of their national and global transaction business.

Education and Affiliations
Simon is a graduate of The University of Vermont with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. He is a member of Corenet and has been involved with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
