Prior to joining JLL full-time, Simms gained valuable experience through a brokerage internship with JLL in Charleston, SC, where he was able to hone in his skills in market analysis, client relations, and negotiating strategies. Simms is known for their strong work ethic, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
