Current Responsibilities
Seth Geldzahler specializes in providing logistics and supply chain solutions, transaction management/lease negotiation, and brokerage services for institutional landlord and tenant clients in the purchase/sale and leasing of industrial real estate in the Eastern Region as well as for select user clients throughout major US industrial markets.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in January 2021, Mr. Geldzahler served as Vice President Real Estate with Bed Bath & Beyond for over 20 years.
He was responsible for all aspects of real estate including growth from under 100 stores to over 1,500 locations for 9 operating brands, including identification, acquisition, development, sale/leaseback and disposition of over five million square feet of industrial distribution space, office space, contact centers and a data center across North America.
Previously, Mr. Geldzahler practiced real estate law in Philadelphia, PA and Morristown, NJ.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Geldzahler graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and in French Literature. He also received a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark.
Mr Geldzahler is also a past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the current Eastern Divisional Vice President of Volunteer Leadership for that organization and serves as the Treasurer and Community Board Member of the New Jersey Theater Alliance.
