Current Responsibilities:
Seth Benhard is a member of JLL’s DC agency leasing team, who solely focus their attention on the representation of DC’s downtown office building owners. Seth is a Senior Managing Director and heads an agency portfolio totaling approximately 3 million square feet of DC office buildings. Seth has spent 18 years in Washington, DC market where his team has executed 2 million square feet of lease transactions for local and institutional owners.

Education and Affiliations:
Seth graduated from Louisiana State University with B.S. in Finance. He is a former board member of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Greater Washington and Rachael’s Women’s Center, an active member of The Explorers Club and a Fundraiser for the Tribute 21 Foundation.
