Current responsibilities
Sean primarily focused on agency leasing while also maintaining a strong 24-year history of tenant representation, providing strategic guidance to companies and users of real estate to achieve results that align with their operational objectives.Sean has received awards from SIOR for completing both the largest tenant representation lease for Flex/R&D product in a large market (Northern California) and the top agency office lease in a large market (Northern California).
Experience
Sean joined a corporate services team at Trammell Crow Company in December 2000 as a multi-national tenant representation specialist, followed by almost 19 years at Colliers providing tenant representation and agency leasing services to some of the largest tenants and landlords in Silicon Valley. This included 2.6 million square feet of multi-tenant office listings at Airport Place with Hudson Pacific Properties – the largest multi-tenant office project in Silicon Valley. In September 2024, Sean moved to JLL to explore new opportunities servicing agency and tenant clients across Silicon Valley.
Education and Affiliations
Sean studied Sociology at Santa Clara University and has maintained continuing education throughout his career. Sean earned a Masters in Corporate Real Estate with an emphasis in workplace strategy (MCR.w), as well as a Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) designation, both from CoreNet Global. Sean also earned an SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Sean has completed 7 of 9 courses in a series from the International Data Center Authority, pursuing a Data Center Authority (DCA) expertise.
