Current Responsibilities
Sean is an industrial real estate advisor with JLL’s NorCal Industrial team, based in Sacramento, where he specializes in tenant representation, agency leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and land development. Sean supports the real estate portfolio decisions for investors, developers, and Fortune 100 companies. Sean makes it his mission to save his client’s time, reduce stress, and add value to their bottom line.
Experience
Sean is in his third year with JLL and has cultivated a skillset in business development and relationship building, poised to be seamlessly implemented in his marketing efforts for the property.
Education & Affiliations
After proudly serving 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, Sean completed his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Chapman University. The following year, Sean completed a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University.
