Sean is an experienced advocate for organizations in a wide variety of industries that occupy commercial real estate. Specializing exclusively in tenant representation services, he helps clients develop an occupancy plan that aligns with their business goals, and guides them through the process of a relocation, lease renewal, space acquisition, or property disposition. Sean is astute in the strategic phases of a project; from structuring creative deals to land favourable terms, to reducing costs, averting risk, and maximizing efficiencies.
Prior to joining JLL, Sean spent 12 years as an exclusive tenant advisor in the Cincinnati office of global tenant representation firm, Cresa, where he was Managing Principal from 2013-2017. Before Cresa, he was a manager at RiverPoint Capital Management.
Sean has served as Co-Chair on the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Encore Committee, Hamilton County Boards and Commissions Committee, Hamilton County Republican Party Leadership Council, and as a member of Cresa Emerging Leadership Council. He received VENUE Media’s Great Leaders Under 40 Award, was named a The Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati Top Producer, and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.
