Sean has been responsible for a number of significant projects including the 200,000 SF headquarters relocation for Kiva Systems in North Reading, MA, the 100,000 SF headquarters lease for Samsonite in Mansfield, MA , the 85,000 SF headquarters lease for Virgin Pulse in Providence, RI and 50,000 SF headquarters relocation of  Massachusetts Teacher’s Association (MTA) to Quincy, MA.

In addition, Sean has successfully worked on a number of landlord agency assignments including Presidents Place, 1250 Hancock Street, Quincy on behalf of Related Beal, 2 Hampshire Street, Foxborough on behalf of Morris & Morse, 18 Shipyard Drive, Hingham on behalf of Samuels & Associates, 1099 Hingham Street, Rockland on behalf of Jumbo Capital and Longwater Place, Norwell on behalf of FoxRock Properties.

Sean came to Jones Lang LaSalle via the firm’s 2008 acquisition of The Staubach Company.  Prior to Staubach, Sean spent eight years at Equis Corporation in New York City, where he was a member of the Transaction Services Group. In addition to servicing a number of large New York City transactions, Sean managed a number of high profile accounts including Travelers, PPD and New Horizons.
