Current Responsibilities

Based out of the firm’s Hawaii office, Sean is an accomplished project leader providing project oversight, strategy, preconstruction and construction management services. His range of expertise lies in project team management, planning, program development, estimating, design review and coordination, scheduling, budgeting, bidding, change management, site assessment, contract review and negotiation, and procurement. By nature, Sean is a client advocate. He seeks to foster and develop meaningful relationships with all client representatives and service providers to deliver an exceptional experience. 

Experience

Sean is a construction executive with over 28 years of experience overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar projects including commercial, retail, hospitality, office and healthcare projects. He has extensive experience in pre-construction and coordination services on both ground up and extensive renovation projects.

Prior to JLL, Sean worked at multiple national general contractors, and progressed his way from entry level field engineer to project executive. He leverages this prior experience in all phases of the project lifecycle which provides invaluable insight and value added service to safety, scope, cost, schedule, and quality of all projects.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, University of Washington
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Planning , University of Washington
  • LEED accredited in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD + C).
