Description
Sean is a senior managing director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is primarily responsible for institutional investment advisory in the western United States with a focus on multi-housing properties. In addition, Sean oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Orange County office. Sean started at JLL in March 2010. Before that, he was vice chairman at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he spent 25 years. He and his team at CBRE closed more than $4.5 billion in multi-housing transactions since launching the “institutional” practice in 1999. He is among only a handful of brokers at CBRE to earn the prestigious title of vice chairman and was consistently ranked as the top producing broker for 2000 and 2002-2008. In 2005, Sean received the company’s highest honor for distinguished service and deal-making capability, the Edward S. Gordon Award. He is the first CBRE recipient of this award in the history of the company.
