Scott W. Miller is currently a Executive Managing Director with JLL specializing in Office/ R&D and Life Science / Laboratory product throughout the San Mateo County Peninsula and Silicon Valley. His responsibilities include integrating occupancy solutions, leading transaction teams, developing and implementing negotiating strategy, account management and lease review.
With 16 years of experience, his well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the strategic leverage points available in negotiations and the important principles that must be incorporated into each transaction and disposition.
Experience:
Scott began his career in real estate at CBRE and later he moved on to Cassidy Turley BT Commercial. Scott joined JLL in 2008.
Education and Affiliations:
Scott attended the University of Southern California acquiring a Bachelors degree in Communications. Scott is a multi-year recipient of the JLL Top Gun award presented to the highest performing professionals within the firm. He is also a multi-year recipient of the Co-Star’s Power Broker Award. Outside of work, Scott is affiliated with Drive for a Cause and Cure for Acute Myeloid Leukemia organizations.
