Scott Williams is a Managing Director with JLL in the Suburban Philadelphia office. Scott brings twenty-nine years of varied commercial real estate experience to JLL, providing strategic real estate advisory and transaction expertise on leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, investments and development for occupiers and investors.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as Principal of Avison Young, specializing in Real Estate Services to clients in Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Investment Sales.
Over the past years, Scott has received numerous industry awards, including Costar Power Broker of the Year and CII Broker of the Year for Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing and Retail. Scott has been involved more than $750,000,000 Real Estate transactions over multiple states.
Scott attended Sydney University in Australia, completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management. Scott serves on local non-profit boards, including The Colonial Theater, Phoenixville, and Charlestown Playhouse, Charlestown.
